Both of the apartments have easy ground floor access. They have their own bathrooms and kitchen facilities.

The building is an old corner building of mixed commercial/residential with an excellent French cafe/restaurant on the corner. The entrance is from the side street, Denison Street, into the main courtyard.

The neighbourhood of Rozelle has many cafes and restaurants as well as art galleries and vintage shops. There is a small supermarket a short stroll away and many other options in Rozelle Village, just across Victoria Road.

The apartments are conveniently located close to public transport. Darling Harbour and the city is a quick 15-minute bus trip away. Other transport options include the ferry (rather circuitous) and the light rail that goes past the fish markets, the casino, Darling Harbour and China Town to Central.

25 hectares of parkland stretch down to the harbour from across the road. The property is just outside the restricted parking area of Balmain and secure off-street parking is available at AU$15 per night.
